30-day money-back guarantee

Rines English offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase made through our website — subscriptions, class packs, digital guides and civics practice exam credit packs. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to manage your order, or
• Email us at rinesenglish@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will forward the refund to Paddle.

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your access after a refund

• Subscriptions — access is revoked when the refund is issued.
• Civics exam credit packs — remaining unused credits are removed.
• Digital guides — the download link is disabled.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days we can no longer guarantee a refund, but you can cancel a subscription at any time via paddle.net or from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
